> Kevin Emery gave us the impression we could stay in our budget for our outdoor project which we were very clear on numbers. We ended eliminating so much to even stay in our 60K budget. Every time we talked he would talk about his other projects and how much more his other clients were spending.  Extremely poor communication...makes promises he clearly could not keep. If you are looking to get ripped off or just have tons of money to spare, this may be the right company for you!
