The kitchen had been renovated 17 years earlier by the guys who flipped the home to us; it had looked superficially good but the workmanship was poor, and the materials and appliances were starting to fall apart. We interviewed 5 outfits but were most impressed in our interactions with Accel. Brad and Chad struck us as organized, competent, serious and trustworthy; and their pricing quotations were competitive. Phone calls to references provided further support for our impressions, and reviews were uniformly positive. Our work involved a design phase and a construction phase and, for the most part, Accel's scheduling was accurate. Brad and the crew (Art and Chris) were always courteous, conscious of minimizing impact on our daily routine, and ready to explain details at each stage of the work.
