A: Good morning Jeanine, Thank you for visiting our Houzz site and asking us your question. The picture above is the Riccio's project located in Darien, CT. It was designed as a in-law apartment. This particular project was completed about 5 years ago. It is about 400 square feet and includes a crawl space concrete foundation, a modest bedroom, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom (Shower only) and a small hallway leading into the main house. We are currently back at the Riccio's, working on a new addition project, this time to the rear of their house. We will be adding/extending the lower level area by extending an existing play room and renovating an existing mudroom. We are also working on their main level of the house, extending/adding to the kitchen and family room, (Installing all new kitchen cabinets and tops) and extending the dining room with a new outside deck area.
