> Using Bartile to replace my roof was a huge mistake.  They failed to obtain a building permit until after the roof was installed.  This caused the city inspection to fail.  Bartile caused significant damage to my property during the install and my attic insulation was destroyed during their crew's tear off.  It's been over six months and Bartile has still not gotten my roof to pass inspection.  They promised to 'make things right', but have failed to make good on those promises.
