This included completely redoing the kitchen and bathroom, plus making changes in other rooms. The kitchen work included opening it up to the living room. We live in Halifax, so long distance communication was critical. We came to Burnaby to meet with Mark to go over what we wanted done. Mark had some great suggestions to add to our ideas. The work was done on time and on budget. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Mark sent us progress photos so we could see how the work was progressing. We came back to Burnaby at the end of the project and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work. Mark went the extra mile with some nice touch-ups, like freshening the grout in the tiled floor. Finding a great contractor is such a daunting thing, and we were a bit overwhelmed when we started out with our project. From the first meeting with Mark, I felt like these were good, salt-of-the-earth people, and that turned out to be true throughout the entire project. Mark and all the sub trades were organized, on-the-ball, and did excellent work. They were also respectful and considerate which was important to us, of course, but especially since our busy family co-existed with the project for many weeks.
