First, do we like the people involved?  You spend a lot of time with each other.  Second, will they do what they say they will do?  And maybe most importantly, do they have passion for what they do?  All three criteria were met with an absolute "yes"!  Steve, the owner told us at the beginning, "things will come up that we won't expect, but we'll make it right".  Our supervisor, John, was fantastic.  Thank you John for your attention to detail and guiding us through the process.  Our only regret is now we never want to leave home!  Thanks guys!
