> My husband and I are thrilled with the recent renovation of our Maitland home and that’s because of Dan and Diana Marsden of Marsden Construction Company and their crew. The Marsdens listened to what we wanted, Diana taking our ideas, adding her own and coming up with a plan that we loved. Dan and his crew brought the vision to life. They demolished a dilapidated sunroom/porch and replaced it with a large screened-in porch. They built the primary bathroom and closet of our dreams. They turned the previous teeny-tiny primary bathroom into my husband’s closet. Dan presented us with a timeline, kept us up-to-date on progress and changes, and finished the job on time. He also was prompt in returning phone calls, texts and emails. Bonus: A neat-as-possible construction site.  Double bonus: Greg, who was at our daily almost every day, making things happen. I wish I know his full name and title, because he deserves a big shout-out, too.
