> After our house experienced water damage from a faulty tub, we hired Stromberg Built to manage the repairs.  In the process, we also decided to expand our kitchen, which required a floor to ceiling rework on our main floor.  Marcus@Stromberg Built managed the project timeline, including multiple sub-contractors and vendors, and performed construction and finishing that ranged from external siding to new interior walls to flooring to finishing detail.  He also fit this entire project into a schedule that corresponded to a planned out-of-town duration for our family, allowing us to return to a brand new kitchen.  We love our new main floor and expanded kitchen and recommend Stromberg Built without reservation.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Need help selecting the right white for ceiling.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

New construction with a warm color palette (main-SW 7616, accent walls SW 7619, baths SW 6361, utility 6354, bedrooms SW 0067). Long story short...would like a "white" that compliments the warm hue OR would that be dingy?  Wood floors, dark counters, light cabinets.  Thank you for any help!

A: We use Sherwin Williams CHB Ceiling Paint on all our projects and find is compliments and wall color.  Plus you can touch it up if neccessary in the future.

**Q: Pendant Lights** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Should I have three light installed on the longer side of breakfast bar and two on the shorter side:
; or just three on longer side without any on the shorter side; or two on each side?

A: I would agree, 3 across the long side and 2 on th eshort side.

**Q: Floors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you please tell me if the floors are real wood or manufactured? If manufactured, what brand and finish? Thank you.

A: It really does look very good in person.  You can tell it's not wood but I wouldn't recommend a wood floor for a wet area like a bathroom, laundry, Mudroom, or entryway anyway so it's a great way to get that look without the potential maintenance issues.
