> I am using the services of Roy Sklarin for the second time in 10 years.  My first project was a kitchen remodel.  He was amazing to work with.  He was respectful of my vision...and, more important, my budget!!!  He made suggestions that I would not have ever considered and which worked out beautifully.
> Now I am adding a whole second story to my house and, once again, Roy was masterful in laying it out and designing the spaces.  He utilized every inch of space, again, suggested things that make the house much more beautiful and livable.  Now that I have two kids, my needs for my beautiful kitchen have changed.  Without blinking, Roy suggested tearing down a wall and replacing it with a center island - brilliant!  I get to keep my kitchen, but it will now have the "flow" that a family requires.  While he is not known for the "Craftsman" style, you would never know it by the design he did for my house.    It is very much in keeping with the original cottage design and it will fit into the neighborhood seamlessly.

**Q: Foyer ceiling height** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the foyer ceiling height? We have the open space foyer too,so we are thinking about 9 or 10 feet ceiling height. Thank you!

A: Sorry for the delay. Was out of the country. The ceiling height is 11ft. The cut out goes up to the second floor of about 21 ft.  RS
