Kerry found the problem to be that the remote control was connected to the wrong programming source, explained that to me, and corrected the problem. Since this turned out to be an easy solution Kerry waived my offer to pay him his standard servicing fee and did all this for free. Outstanding professional, prompt, and friendly support by Janie Chisholm and Kerry Thomas.
