The guest bathroom was gutted where new shower and accent tiles were placed, new bathtub, toilet, sink, self close cabinet, Granite countertop and Porcelain tile . This project involved raising the roof, installing new floors, refinish ceilings, installing new electrical to accommodate our new tankless water heater/ac unit, and a custom-built display cabinet. Pete explained the work that needed to be done and itemized each component in the estimate. We were provided progress reports as each phase was completed and the job was finished on time and within budget despite a few snafus that the majority of them were out of his control.
