Due to builder issues, the time to completion was very long. Emma remained helpful and positive throughout. The product purchased included cabinets for kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry with two different finishes, made by Holiday Kitchens in Rice Lake, WI. I am overall very satisfied with the cabinets. A few shelves needed extra attention because the front edges where laminate was attached were sharp. We worked through 2 builders before finding the person that built our house. We came to Eagle River Cabinets at the suggestion of the second builder. We brought our drafts to the store in Rhinelander and began working with Allison. We talked color scheme, etc. Explained our price points. She was spot on. Came up with a wonderful design. Then, we changed builders. Needless to say, Allison was right with us as we approached her a year later. She had all our materials etc. and we were able to move forward as if there was no time delay. Throughout the building process, she was in touch constantly checking and making sure all was going as planned. Of course, building never goes as planned. Some walls came up short due to framing changes. Allison was right in there with us and came up with suggestions to make it all work. In the end, she worked diligently to make sure that all was installed correctly, coming out to the house to check. I found their prices very comparable to the big box stores, but the assistance and knowledge that Allison had to offer was far and above the other stores. She helped me choose colors based on my existing walls, floors and utilities, suggested colors for the sink and faucet (love my black granite sink, which was attached to the countertop in the factory, so the edge is very clean and seamless). She arranged for a very reputable installer and constantly kept me up to date with delivery and installment options.
