We had a major setback with our floor installation - twice(!) between the months Dec '16 - Mar '17 - due to a bad crop of solid American White Oak (6" floorboards) installed under proper conditions. My husband and I thought our home was cursed with all the bad luck we were having with flooring. We were fortunate to get introduced to Eric through a work colleague. Eric ran through options with us and gave us an immediate solution to what was a very tricky situation at the time.
