> We finally decided to replace our 25 year old windows and sliders. This was not an easy decision considering we have 33 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We had 3 different companies come out and give us information and estimates. Although all estimates were comparable in price,  Michael Lewis (sales) far surpassed the others with his knowledge and experience. He provided us details and recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. He has a wonderful attitude and made this process go very smoothly. Since Ameristar manufactures their own windows, and their factory is located in Riverside, I was invited to take a tour before deciding. I met with Maribel who gave me a tour. What a treat to see American made products being manufactured right in my own home town. I was sold! My beautiful new windows were completed and installed exactly as proposed. The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. If you are looking to replace windows, give Ameristar a call. You will be so glad you did!
