As an architect with many years of experience working with contractors I have to say that they are the ones I would recommend first to any client in the area they work in. Christina is extremely knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She has examined the architectural drawings thoroughly before signing the contract with our client to make sure we limit the unknowns as much as possible. Throughout the project Christina communicated with me as well as with the client constantly. All decisions were made in complete collaboration with me and the owner. Scott's and Christina sub contractors did an excellent job all around.

> My wife and I have been planning a home renovation since we purchased the home several years ago and finally were in a position to start the design and planning just before COVID happened.  This pause gave us time some additional time to plan and to talk with several contractors about the renovation.  The Final Pick team distinguished themselves from the start as being genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted out of the project, setting clear expectations (even when it meant we needed to rethink some things), and working with us on timing to allow us to get back in to our home as soon as possible after most of the work was completed.

Unlike some contractors I've worked with in the past, their communication and updates were thorough.  In situations where issues with design or unexpected structural challenges were encountered, such as an unexpected load bearing wall or air duct, they both identified the issues but also options to work around it to keep the project on track and within budget.  And when there were things that really meant a lot to us, such as saving a heated floor or maintaining existing cabinetry, they went the extra mile so we could keep what we already liked about our home.

The work involved a complete gut renovation of the kitchen with a new layout, and a complete gut of the bathroom. In addition, the floors were refinished and the entire condo was painted. They did an amazing job from start to finish, including design and layout and selection of fixtures and tile. What I love about Final Pick is that they're always responsive, even long after the project is finished. They've come back to my home to touch up paint and help when I thought my stove was broken (it was user error).
