> We had Erick build our custom small home, he did a beautiful  job. He made suggestions that we didn't even think about. One suggestion was about the height of the roof, because our home is a 2br/1.5 bath, the 9 ft ceiling would make it feel small so he suggested 16 foot ceilings in the living, kitchen area. I'm so glad hegave us the suggestion our friends all say the same thing, " wow the inside looks larger than the outside appears."  Everything in our house is upgraded by his suggestion at not a lot more cost to us.  Thank you Erick we are still loving our house.
