The price was extremely reasonable (the total cost was what we expected to pay for 1 bath) and the workmanship is excellent. During the tear out of our 30 yr old town home bathrooms, there were some underlying issues that were pointed out to us by Juan (one of Brian's awesome team members) - loose floors, missing 2x4s (non-compliant) and a leak in the faucet in the laundry room. He was able to fix all of these issues for a minimal charge, which helped us avoid potential costly future repairs. Brian was quick to respond to all questions or concerns. Peak Market Homes provided fast and reliable service from the moment they were contacted as referred by Home Adviser. After the proposal was made and insurance paid the work commenced. A window was custom fit to replace the one damaged by the accident and siding was replaced with similar quality material as the original. The lawn was damaged and the same attention was given to it's repair. New soil was added and new grass. The lawn will look better in spring. The new window provides excellent sound insulation, so much better than the original and both my wife and myself are very satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail.
