My wife are getting to the age where we see walkers and/or wheel chairs in our future (I'm 73). We owned a home that will eventually be flooded, it's not about if but when. Collins took charge of the project and built a home that's perfect for our needs and will surely out-live us. The home is now above the flood zone and FEMA has declared flood insurance for us is optional. The entire home and drive-way is on one level so we'll be able to live here with walkers. The attention to detail is outstanding and they never had any difficulty with any of the numerous city inspections. Demolition to completion was 369 days, 3,000 square feet. After we moved in, Collins stayed with us to address any problems for a year. All issues were corrected quickly and professionally.
