Every one of our customers sits with our architect to make sure that each and every detail in their home is designed to suit them.

We take pride in the quality craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of our homes. A Bouffard-McFarland Home is something that customers take pride in showing off to their friends and family. Our team of subcontractors and employees has worked with our company since the beginning. From painters to framers and drywall to plumbing and electrical work, we use the same crews on each project and have kept turnover of these subcontractors to almost zero, which is not something that many contractors can boast about. This ensures that the quality of our homes remains consistent. Our carpenters have had time to perfect their craft, and are able to build gorgeous cabinets and trim work that separates us from the competition and really “wows” our customers.
