Collins construction by a trusted real estate agent and felt Josh would be a good choice for my project. He converted my 100 year old cottage that had previously been a duplex back into a duplex. This involved building a new kitchen, remodeling a second kitchen, building a new bathroom, changing 2 exterior doors and rebuilding a crumbling basement entrance among many other things. He completed this large project in 10 weeks and was always available to resolve issues that arose and help make decisions to get the most value out of dollars spent. They are also easy to work with as sometimes additional trades people or other services needed to be coordinated. I was able to live in my house throughout the entire project and efforts were made to keep the living part reasonably functional. I was so happy with the team and the way they worked that I recommended them to my sister who has already happily completed 2 large projects with J. Collins Construction.
