> We had a great experience using Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel our master bathroom. Christina was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She had good ideas and was easy to communicate with. When the cabinet doors didn't come in as expected, she quickly worked to rectify the situation. The project was completed on time and we are extrememly happy with our new bathroom.

> We hired Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel both of our bathrooms. We did a complete overhaul of our primary bath with a tub to shower conversion and more of a cosmetic upgrade in our hall bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The project was done ahead of schedule and within our budget with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend Prestige for remodeling projects. Everyone we worked with - the designers at Prestige, their partners in plumbing supply and lighting and the contractors assigned to our project were fantastic.
>
> Our bathrooms are smaller spaces and we were not only seeking to upgrade the look but also maximize the space. As we do not have a sense of design, we were looking for help in showing us what our bathrooms could look like and Prestige delivered.
>
> We first met with the designers, Alex and Lindsay who came into our home and asked us a lot of questions about our style and design preferences. They were both very warm, answered all of our questions and took their time to explain the process. We felt very comfortable with both of them as they really listened to us and our concerns. Next, we went to their showroom and after seeing all of their options in flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. we knew we wanted to move forward working with them. They provided detailed renderings of what the spaces would look like, which is what we were looking for. The renderings reflected beautiful design choices as well as improved functionality.
>
> Alex ended up taking the lead on the project and was great to work with throughout. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was always readily available. Alex gave us a realistic time frame as well as what to expect during construction. We were set up with Peter and his crew for construction and everyone on his team was so friendly and courteous. They always arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of hiccups where choices we picked out ended up being discontinued but Alex came up with solutions that worked well.
>
> The quality of the tiling in the shower conversion, pony wall and flooring is top of the line. The design choices maximized our spaces and the process itself was not really stressful to us. I can’t say enough about how amazing both bathrooms turned out.

> We used Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel 2 full bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was completed with quality and in less time than what they estimated in their proposal (it helped that all materials were in stock and delivered before construction began). Lindsay did a great job of helping my husband and I blend our sometimes conflicting opinions into a design for each bathroom that we both were really happy with. When we had a specific tile request for one bathroom that wasn’t in their show room, Lindsay jumped in and helped us search other vendors to find a perfect fit for the design. The crew that did the renovation, Julian and Esteban, were both very friendly and polite and knew what they were doing. Both bathrooms were completely gutted, and one bathroom required moving the plumbing to a different wall. They left the work area very clean and contained each day to minimize disruption to our lives. Julian was very patient and accommodating with my requests, and he was able to solve some unexpected challenges without adding cost. It was on time, on budget, and turned out exactly as designed (maybe even better). It wasn’t cheap, but also not the most expensive quote we got. I would hire them again without hesitation for any future projects.

> Cristina and the Prestige Kitchen and Bath team were amazing to work with. My wife and I recently completed the entire renovation of our master bathroom and it could not have went any better. From the initial meeting Cristina was able to show us some of her design ideas, which were amazing, and really helped us out when it came to picking the best products that went with our design. Being people who are fairly indecisive she made this whole process extremely easy and was quick to adapt with any changes that we wanted. Her entire team that built the bathroom in our home were trustworthy, friendly and very skilled. Best part about all of this is she was able to complete this project on our timeline, even when we had to make changes to our entire schedule due to some unexpected traveling.
>
> I would 100% recommend Cristina and her team to assist you with your next project. If I need anything done in the future, I know where I will be going.

> In the fall of 2023, we had our kitchen renovated – completely gutted with new hardwood floors (we had tile floors before), new cabinets, and new appliances. We used Prestige Kitchen and Bath in Arlington Heights, IL for the renovation project. Our designer and project manager, Christina Catalano, created several beautiful designs and we absolutely loved one of them and then watched how it was transformed from a 3D computer image into life over the next two and a half months. The design was supposed to emphasize high ceilings by removing the soffit, and that meant moving the pipes behind the soffit. The contractors did an excellent job working on those pipes. Planning was done very well – everything happened on the dates we were promised and work proceeded with no delays. We did have a couple of incidents that always happen no matter what – we had one warped cabinet panel and the range hood had a little paint defect, but Christina immediately took action with the vendors and we had them fixed very quickly. Christina was a pleasure to work with – she is an experienced designer with a great taste, very professional with exceptional customer skills. Our new kitchen looks great and we are very happy with the work Prestige Kitchen and Bath did for us!

> Prestige did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. My designer was Christina and she did a fabulous job providing me with different options for layout, colors, hardware, etc. She was helpful in providing suggestions and opinions. They have a whole crew that does everything. Plumbing, electric, painting, tiling, etc. The team was friendly, respectful and did a great job at letting me know what days/times they would be there. I had an issue with my bathtub arriving damaged (twice) by the manufacturer and they handled all of the details of sending it back and having a new one delivered. I didn't have to handle anything. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend Prestige and Christina to anyone looking for a remodel!

> We had our Master bathroom done by Prestige Kitchen and Bath. We were delighted with the craftmanship of the remodeling job. A special shout out to Ivan for the tilework he did in the bathroom as some of the glass tiles we chose were apparently not easy to work with. The entire crew who did work at the house was courteous and friendly. Alex, our salesperson, and Lindsay worked together to help us come up with a design which was to our liking. In all, the Master bathroom remodel was what we had hoped to get when we first got started.

> Prestige created the kitchen of my dreams with the help of our designer Christina. She took my vision and turned it into reality. We did a full kitchen demo along with a wall removal and new LVP flooring in the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. Christina created a functionable kitchen that works perfectly for our family. All issues and concerns during the remodel were taken care of and we are happy with the final result.

> Great team. Alex and his group were totally professional, responsive, and courteous through the entire process. I would use them again for additional work on my home.

> Prestige did a great job on our three bathroom renovation. Christina (our designer) did a stellar job on designing a tile rug for our master bathroom. It is a large space that is odd shaped and she designed the tile rug that is perfect and adds a unique element. The crew is top notch. They did an outstanding job and I can't recommend the crew enough (master's of their trades).

**★★★★★ — HU-123065773, Sept. 2022**

> The owner, the employees, and designers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and willing to work hard to complete a new kitchen vision developed with the designers in a timely manner. They worked well communicating with my condo association and providing the necessary documentation as some walls were removed and appliances relocated. The workmen are efficient, extremely careful, highly skilled, and clean up at the end of the day. I live in a condo and the other three people on my side of the building were quite impressed during the whole process and when they came in to see what my kitchen looks like now.

**★★ — Randy Vyskocil, Sept. 2022**

> Prestige Kitchen & Bath is a below average shop. Their design, implementation, and quality issues make for inferior results. The contractor is inconsiderate of your concerns and time. Most people are workers as opposed to craftsman. Quality suffers at every level. This is not the shop to deal with if you want to keep your blood pressure down.
> Our kitchen rehab was typical- new cabinets, countertops, electric, lights, hood, and floor refinished. For construction we were assigned Jakub’s crew. Jakub is unprofessional, technically weak, inconsiderate and a poor communicator. It was near impossible to get straight answers. Jakub’s focus was on keeping all his projects moving without regard for anything else, including quality.
> We were able to work with the designer longer than other companies before signing a contract. That was main reason for choosing Prestige – we had many of the details already worked out. In the end the design had two significant errors: 1) The designer incorrectly measured one of the walls. Smaller filler panels had to be rushed ordered to make the cabinets fit but now we can’t have the pantry and frig doors open at the same time. 2) Jakub only left a 23.5” opening for a 24” dishwasher. Turns out the design was wrong.
> One big disappointment is the results don’t match the design. On the edges of the kitchen, we wanted the backsplash and upper & lower cabinet sides to all be in line. That’s the way it is in the drawings, but the bottom cabinets are off by 3”. That is a whopping difference! Measuring after installation, NONE the filler panel widths are the same as in the drawings.
> The drywall work is horrendous – no seams were feathered so all the dips and valleys they created are very apparent after the cabinets were installed. They created gouges in the wall that were never corrected. The drywall they hung where the old soffits were removed is not 90 degrees to the wall causing the new hood vent cover to not sit flat against the ceiling. Within 1 month ceiling seam cracks showed up where they patched.
> Prestige “preps” the walls/ceiling for painting, including primer. It’s the homeowner’s responsibility for the actual painting. The primer was slopped on the newly installed recessed lights. The wall prep was so bad I had to repaint my satin finish in a 2nd coat of flat paint just to try to hide the irregularities.
> Prestige uses caulk to hide their poor workmanship. Instead of creating flat walls and ceiling, the gaps they created were filled in with caulk. The caulk between the crown molding and ceiling has already started to separate. Their use of caulk will cause me maintenance issues for years to come.
> There are many more examples, but space is limited. My advice before choosing a remodeling shop is to be comfortable with all the people you will be dealing with. We shouldn’t have ignored the red flags when Jakub first came out to the house before we signed a contract.

  - Description: These clients came to us with a dated kitchen that did not work for their large family who love to entertain. An "l-shaped" island and a wall between the kitchen and dining room really closed off the space and made it feel small. Opening up some walls and doorways allowed for an oversized custom island. Complete with a sink, dishwasher, built in trash, glass fronts, storage on all sides and room for four, this island has it all. Closing up a window was necessary for the families new built-in ref…

  - Description: This kitchen was in desperate need of rework, and screamed potential! While the footprint was a good size, the layout was closed off and cramped, lacking both length and width, and just not very conducive for this family. They had a fair amount of cabinet space and a separate walk in pantry, but the kitchen still felt small and closed off. By removing the built in pantry, we were able to lengthen the kitchen and get this family all the bells and whistles they could desire. We didn’t miss a singl…

  - Description: This bathroom started off as a very enclosed space with a small shower and single vanity. By removing a linen closet and dividing wall, we were able to expand our shower and allow the light from the existing window to flow throughout. It also allowed for an expansive double vanity. We selected materials that were light, bright and classic, but added some interest with a beautiful water jet marble in the shower and a contrasting stained vanity. Details such as polished fixtures and crystal lights…

  - Description: Our clients came to us seeking a new look for their already large sized kitchen. We were able to work within the existing footprint, but changed a few things to make the space more functional. Relocating the refrigerator and flipping the range and sink were critical to making this kitchen flow for our client, Kristina. Placing the cooktop beneath the window was a unique choice, but gave us the opportunity for a focal point with a beautiful custom wood hood. Adding a coffee bar, a long open count…

  - Description: Our clients commissioned us to transform their dated hall bath. Since the space is fairly small, we chose to cut down a full height wall at the rear of the shower to allow more light to come through. We also selected materials that would give a wow factor, while still being soft and calm. The lantern shape ceramic tile used throughout the shower was selected with maintenance and style in mind. I’d like to know the floor product, VLT or tile?
