I found Dan's Decks online and sent him a request for an estimate to bring our deck back to life. His response was rapid with a date and time to visit the project. Within a few days I had a decision to make and found that Dan's Decks estimate was complete with an AutoCAD drawing of existing deck and cut sheets of materials with colors to choose from. The estimate was competitive with other estimates I had received but his overall presentation was above all other proposals. > > Dan's Decks was awarded the project and within a few weeks materials would be available for him to begin. He demolished the existing decking boards and railings on a 240 square foot deck with stairs in one day. All materials were removed with no debris left behind.
