> I ordered tile from the New York, NY showroom on 8/21//26 and have not received it yet. My bathroom remodel started on 9/17/26. The store was aware of when my remodel would start and assured me the tile would be delivered by 9/14/26. As of 9/19/26, the store can not tell me when the tile will arrive. It's simple, do not buy tile from this store.

Love the floor tile. It really looks like stone. Grout color is perfect for it. Would you mind sharing the brand and color?

A: Thank you so much! The grout is from Laticrete, color is Raven with Nemo Tile's Glacier 12×24 porcelain floor tile in Anthracite. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

I'm going to be using the white Cape Cod tile too. Would you please tell me the brand and color grout used. It's lovely!

A: We do not carry the floor tile in this image. We only carry the wall tile, our Industry Subway Argilla, this line is also available in a Penny Round. As for the hexagon floor tile we may be able to offer some additional options that may coordinate. Our Gramercy Medio or Torrone Hexagon would be a great alternative.
