> Initially we were big fans of GDC but in the end, we were not happy with several matters that involved our existing alarm system’s points not being dropped down into our new doors and windows costing us a $5000 ADT new install, and a hot water heater that was moved outside and not properly insulated until after it badly burned our dog and got a $1900 vet bill. We were then told we had to buy a whole new hot water heater because ours was never supposed to be moved outside. We also ordered stained wood interior doors and got stuck with painted white interior doors. GDC managed a large construction project and ultimately the work was beautiful, but after move in is when matters came to surface and they didn’t make good on several issues like these. We were left holding the buck. We’d never work with them again.
