When I contacted Joe and his team, they not only came to assess the room and project within 48 hours, but called the following day to set up an appointment to design my project.   I had a vision in mind, that I just was unable to find anywhere.  Joe and his team took the time to listen, research and come back to me with exactly what I was looking for.  When reviewing options he gave me several pricing options and did not push the most expensive.  They were professional, on time and very particular in making sure everything was done on time and perfectly.  When issues arose with the granite company, Joe was right on it and had things straightened out in a matter of hours.  Once the project was completed
