It was here, as he worked directly with customers fixing the mistakes of others, that Tom developed his commitment to quality workmanship. He believes in “doing things right the first time.”

After three years as a technician, Tom moved to sales and discovered his sincere ability to educate homeowners and business owners about products, empower them to make informed choices, and help them find the best solution for their individual needs.

In 1985, Tom started his own business, TJ Replacement Windows Inc., specializing in exterior products, services, and maintenance. In 2015, Tom updated the name of the business to encompass his full scope of services as TJ Exteriors, Inc.
