> S&Z just completed their 3rd remodeling job on my 73-year-old brick bungalow. I couldn't be happier. Each time they finish a job on my house, I feel like I have a new home. Their insistence on perfection and attention to detail cannot be overstated. When I hear folks talk about how their own renovations have taken infinitely longer than was anticipated, my question is always "why?" When S&Z commits to a project, they have their subcontractors - the painters, the sheet rockers, the plumbers, the electricians, the tilers, the floor guys -scheduled like clockwork. This last project involved relocating a laundry room and extending a deck in order to provide for a sliding glass door and a view from the kitchen to the back yard. The end result is just amazing - the sunlight, the view. I could go on and on, but I'll just stop with thank you Bill and Matt and all of those others too many to name.
