The SRC representative met with us to discuss the project without the impression that he was being rushed. Afterwards we walked the project where he made reasonable suggestions that we adopted. > His work crew is professional. Each worker was focused on the project and on getting it done right. > SRC makes accommodations on the contract if the completion date goes past the projected end date. We did not expect this nor did we see it in other contracts. > Because the owner was not fully satisfied with the aesthetics of the completed project he made adjustments at no cost to us. The additional cost was not excessive but the gesture was greatly appreciated. At the end we had a completed project where both SRC and we were completely satisfied. > The post project cleanup was very satisfactory. > During our time together SRC showed us photos of other higher cost projects and they were very impressive.
