Tony actually answered his phone or called back quickly, and cared that all of my concerns were addressed, no matter how small. Communication is very important to me- I was impressed with how equally important it is to Tony. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day, and were very respectful/accommodating to my work schedule as I worked from home and often needed them to pause noisy work while I had a meeting. Tony was open to all of my ideas, and patient when I was painfully indecisive. They were on time every day and didn't leave until the work was done. This was my first big renovation project and to be honest I was pretty nervous about it, from the quote until the final grab bar was installed, but Tony was honest with me and didn't make me feel like a total idiot/amateur, and was supportive of my decisions but when I was making a huge mistake he was very kind in how he redirected me. I felt the entire crew honestly cared that the bathroom would be safe- I could tell this was a big priority for them- and useful for the long-term.
