The project consisted of an existing home tear-down, regrading of the property, pouring new foundation, raised terrace, stucco/stone exterior, and lots of upgraded finishes for the interior.   We believe Jay / Grant Homes understood the quality we wanted to achieve.  Jay has a skilled team that work for him.
