> I highly recommend them as a pool builder. Dustin took care of every concern and communication was awesome( That's crucial for me). Before the contract was signed he provided 3D renderings that we were able to change on the spot to get the perfect backyard! The kids love the pool and haven't had one problem with the pool since has been built. Would recommend them to anyone!

> Dustin with Big D pools is a total nightmare!  He is not responsive at all.  The equipment installed ( still under his warranty) is leaking and he does not respond to any of my emails...without mentioning that he sold me a pool heater inferior to what i had and did not tell me anything about it.  Stay away from them!  They do not honor their warranty and install refurbished units with inferior BTUs that you previously had!
