Both cotton and linen fabrics wrinkle easily, so a way to combat this is to choose a blend with a synthetic polyester or viscose which well combat this issue. A: Hi T&A, Option 2 looks like the better option in terms of layout, mostly because by moving the Laundry room to align with the bathroom, so all the plumbing is concentrated in one area. Also having laundry room separated from the Master Bedroom wall will be better as you don't want to hear the sound of the machines if there is any late-night laundry sessions. Regarding the layout for the Master Bedroom, I would invert the bed so it's actually on the wall facing the hallway. That creates a better walkway and more space in the room. You can add a seating area to the front of the bed, and keep the dresser. Where the window is you can add a little chaise or an additional desk if there are two adults who work from home.
