> Mike was excellent !  From his first site visit on, Mike beat all expectations.   He was organized, explained everything extremely well, kept the whole project on time, on budget and clean.  Plan to hire him again for the next project.

> Mike completed a demolish and complete rebuild for us in 2011.  The job was complicated as it was within an HOA and Mike had to continually liaise with the HOA management and neighbours.  Mike completed the job on budget and ahead schedule.  Mike was always very organised and detail oriented.    He was also very easy to work with. He is hard working and honest.   The total cost of the project was approximately $400,000.  I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to build an home on Maui.
