We called Cox Roofing to take a look at the source of the leaks. Adam came promptly on the same day to look at the roof. He climbed up the roof and found out the roof was quite old and needed a replacement. He gave me a good estimate for the roof replacement. On the day of roof installation, Adam and the crew arrived promptly at in the morning. The crew was very courteous and covered all the windows with wooden boards. They did the full tear down of the roof and replaced any rotten boards. They then installed the ice and water shield, drip guards, summit sheet and the shingles on the entire roof. The roof now looks brand new and make the house looks good. They also provided a warranty for discoloration due to algae deposits. The crew was done with the installation as scheduled and did an excellent job in the roof installation. After the installation they performed a complete clean up and they removed all the trash. Next day Adam came again and walked on the roof to inspect the final installation.
