We undertook a large reno, consisting of a new pool, deck and pool house. Our favorite part of the job are the beautiful stones around the pool which we have received many compliments on. It turned out our contractor did not install the stones properly and thus the stones started cracking!!! Dana at Marmiro was more them helpful to help us rectify this. She made sure we got our replacement stones asap. As for the custom pieces, the pool deck radius was already existing when templated and per your contractors instructions they were going to build out the steps to the radius of the concrete. After templating, the steps in the pool were modified, and we were not notified by your contractor of the change in design, which resulted in the additional linear footage added. In good faith, you received a compensation credit from Marmiro and the dealer.
