She knew right away that I had already decided what things should look like, but had no clue how to proceed. She took the time to listen, ask questions and then make recommendations that fit the vision perfectly. > I was introduced to Sara Shalls by my builder who specializes in high-end, custom home construction and remodeling. The 4-month project includes the complete remodeling of the interior of my home with new hardwood floor, carpet, new baths and tiles, new larger kitchen with new appliances, lights and the re-stuccoing of the outside. Sara helped re-designing of the living room, kitchen and baths, selecting materials, lights, and advising on budget. Throughout the project, Sara was always available at the site to provide guidance, expertise to the on-site construction supervisor and his team.  Not only the project was completed very nicely within the time and budgets it amazed all my friends and neighbors who came by to visit. Sara is a wonderful designer with extensive professional knowledge and an absolutely pleasant person to work with. She brings professionalism, knowledge, positive attitude and personality with her. A: This light fixture is from Moooi Lighting and the style is Heracleum.  A quick google search will get you lots of resources to purchase it.

A: Hello!  The flooring is a 12x24 porcelain tile from Capco.  You can find it at most any tile shop, just ask for something with a linen look.

I would love to know what wood this is thank you!

A: Hi, Thanks for asking!  The cabinets were custom built by a local millworker, but the species is birch with a clear coat.  Simple flat panels for a modern look.

A: Hello!  The tile is from Capco Tile & Stone and it is their 12x24 porcelain in charcoal.
