I interviewed several pool companies, and they ONLY did the pool, not the landscaping. I interviewed Doug and Donna, his Fraser First Class designer, who stated that they would do all of it, including the extra patio, firepit, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping. I would not need to get several different companies and try to manage all of them, which probably take months to get done. Doug stated that he would do it all. After many deliberations, I decided not to add the pool; Doug still said he would do the rest without trying to convince me to do the pool. He wanted me to be happy with my decision, which tells you a lot about the person, honest, reliable, and caring. When I had questions or concerns during the construction phase, Doug and his team, Chris, and Kevin, were always available to answer questions. I felt confident in all the quality of work that it would stand up in Texas weather. They even came back and asked if anything needed to be done. Doug and his crew got it done for a specific date in a month, and I had a special celebration with the out-of-town family. Now my backyard looks amazing, like a model home’s backyard with plenty of room to entertain. I would definitely use Fraser First Class if I decided to add a pool or any other landscaping project.
