> Diana Vierra owner of finesse is the most dishonest person I know. I know A LOT of people! She took our money, admitted she spent it removing a boil from her foot, and would not pay back. Blamed it on "hard times". We threaten her with a lawsuit and going to her customers, she then began a payment plan. Of course she stops it $750 shy, claims she paid all that's due. I showed her every payment and every stub and now I can't get hold of her. Should of sued when I had the chance. She's a criminal and claims she is religious. Stay away!! If not good luck and hope your 1 star story isn't as bad as mine.

> Diana and her husband (and team) at Finesse were great! We found them on Houzz because I was searching for cat enclosures and they had done a really awesome one in Arcadia which they called a “Catio”. I met with other vendors but in the end, I wanted to work with Finesse since they had the relevant experience and also had great ideas on different options for our cat-centric project. They were professional and courteous, and always came through on time. They understood the right materials to use for the outdoor space and really knew exactly how to tie everything together design-wise. It ended up looking awesome and my cats love it! They are outside all day and can play freely without the worry of escaping or being attacked by larger animals. I highly recommend Finesse!

> I regret having to write this review and hope this helps future clients. We hired Finesse to redo our kitchen after working for months with an architect to create the design we wanted. We found Diana’s subs to be, for the most part, professional and quality craftsmen. The problems we had were two-fold: communication and Diana’s lack of responsibility for things that went wrong. For example, when the demo crew scarred our floors, she said our dishwasher didn’t have wheels, as if it was our dishwasher’s fault. The scar was never repaired. This kind of thing happened a number of times. Another problem was her willingness to appreciate that we knew what we wanted. This was our third kitchen and we know the ins and outs of a remodel. Diana rarely came by the job site and when she did, she didn’t want us there when she was discussing our project with her people, as if our opinion would interfere with the work. Needless to say, the job took 2 months longer than Diana estimated, and more times than I’d like to mention, things went wrong. Her lack of supervision created issues time and again; for example, when the floor people decided to finish only half the floor and used the wrong finish. So now there’s an obvious line through the middle of our dining room . In addition, the change orders were high priced and often unexpected. In the end we are taking care of the final repairs ourselves due to the fact that Diana did not seem to understand our need to have the project done. Her continual ignoring of our emails, text messages and phone calls made it impossible to continue a needlessly painful and difficult project.

> Thank you for your feedback, we are crushed to hear we have a disappointed customer. We hope the following insight helps to clear up some issues. Firstly, per our agreement, the removal of items, including appliances, prior to demolition was the clients responsibility. In an effort to keep on schedule the demolition crew assisted with relocating appliances, without compensation. Second, in a further effort to save on cost, the clients decided not to refinish the adjoining room. It was communicated that the floors will be matched "as closely as possible.” In order for the floors to match perfectly we would have needed to lightly sand and apply a final coat throughout, but the clients decision was to leave the furniture in place in order to avoid added expense. Third, it is customary to have meetings with subcontractors independently from clients. This allows all parties to speak candidly. These interruptions resulted in delays and change orders. Fourth, Finesse values the private time of both our customers and our team, so late night texts and emails are highly discouraged. Any communications received after 9:00 p.m. were addressed promptly the next business day. Fifth, the architectural drawings were incomplete. Being mindful of the client’s budget, architectural renderings were completed by Finesse at no additional cost. Finally, the clients decided to hire a subcontractor during construction who was inexperienced in this type of renovation project. Hiring a third-party subcontractor cost the clients 50% more than utilizing Finesse’s preferred subcontractor, and delayed the project by several weeks. Nevertheless, our schematics were used and we supervised their subcontractor by assisting in layout and materials, without compensation. Finesse decided to take on this project regardless of the red flags that presented early on. We share in the disappointment and hope to overcome the experience. Finesse, Inc. trusts that the client will enjoy their quality remodel for years to come.

> My wife and I bought our first house and it desperately needed renovating. We felt like deer in the headlights trying to prioritize what we could afford and what I could do myself, but Diana helped us through the whole planning phase. In terms of the work done, her people are truly craftsmen! Our friends and family are in awe when they see the before and after! We couldn't be happier with Finesse and will definitely be giving Diana a call for any future projects!

> It was very easy to work with Finesse Inc during the construction of my elevated deck. They were also very helpful in matters beyond their area of responsibility. I will definitely recommend Finesse Inc for contractor services to anyone!

> We had a wonderful experience with Finesse! From start to finish, they worked with us to make sure that our project was exactly how we wanted it and that our budget needs were met. They put in countless hours to meet with us and go over plans, finishes and project timeline. Working with Diana and her team was always a pleasure-they made a big project feel fun and manageable. We look forward to finding another project to work with them on in the future and we hope that our friends are family can work with them and benefit, as we did, from their team!

> We made the decision to go with Finesse, Inc. to do our whole home remodel and have not regretted the decision one bit. Diana and David were great to work with and we were able to put our full faith in them due to their honesty and work ethic. Diana was especially helpful suggesting design alternatives in a very open manner that we hadn’t considered. She is very collaborative in the design process and worked to our preference adding great suggestions along with way. All the while, David was working the background insuring that the quality of work never suffered. In the end, everything came out beautifully. They care about the quality/presentation of their work and it comes through in the finished product. Definitely worth hiring again!

> David and Diana helped us build a master suite by adding on an extension to our current house. Both David and Diana were attentive to details when it came to helping us design the flow, functionality, and aesthetics of the space. Additionally, we felt that Finesse helped us stay within budget by being detailed about the costs up front, and all change orders were reasonable and definitely pertained to the overall positive outcome of the project. It was easy to communicate our needs and wishes, and in the end, we were very satisfied, and have come to appreciate and love our house even more.

> In fact, we were so happy with the end product, we hired David and Diana to build an additional modern patio structure. No surprise, the structure looks great, and now we're considering a kitchen remodel with them!

> Diana helped us design a new floor plan in an existing home. We went back several times to discuss our needs and to look at different options. After several meetings and fine tuning for our needs, we settled on a new floor plan. Diana hit it out of the park! We maximized every inch of the existing space to include a master bathroom with walk-in closet, a secondary bathroom, a laundry room, and two additional bedrooms. We also included a new hallway and several linen closets. Diana was a huge help! Highly recommended!

> We met with 5 contractors before ultimately deciding on Finesse for our complete home remodel, and we could not be happier with our decision. From start to finish Diana went above and beyond; helping us with flooring and finishes and even taking me shopping! Quality is of the utmost importance to Diana, and she made sure that everything was done to her high standards. Throughout our project Diana was always communicative, on budget and extremely efficient. She new we were on a timeline and she even managed to finish a week earlier than expected! We are so pleased with the results and will be hiring Finesse again soon for an addition.

> Finesse, Inc. is definitely a great interior designer / general contractor who listens and provides insightful ideas to your project. Further, they are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We have a craftsman style home in the San Gabriel Valley in which we wanted to remodel by adding a master bathroom and change the existing restroom and closet space in 2 bedrooms without changing the footprint of the house. Diana was very attentive and energetic during the designing and quoting process. She provided various design layouts and creatively maximized the use of the existing space of the house. During the process, Finesse, Inc., also allowed us to check out the quality of work that was ongoing with their existing remodeling projects with the approval of their customers of course. The work was very nice. Diana was very punctual to our meetings and responded to our questions and provided her work in a timely manner. At the end of the day, you will be working with someone who is very professional, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and has tasteful and creative ideas to offer to your project.

> We hired Finesse to upgrade two bathrooms after 60 years of service.during which they had received only moderate improvements. The results are of showcase quality. My wife is an artist type who is very concerned about detail. Finesse worked closely with her in a congenial give and take relationship that produced beautiful results. Finesse's tile contractor did exceptional work. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results.

**Q: Love that vanity1** *(in Photo Questions)*

wondering where I can purchase that vanity?

A: Hello MsJanet261,
I designed and had it custom made for this bathroom. There are similar ones that can be purchased from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn.
Hope that helps!

Is the window original? If not where is it from?

A: Hi Busy Mama,
The window is original to the Craftsman home. Thankfully the new homeowners decided to keep it ;)

**Q: Love the door, who is the manufacturer?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi joeypretz,
I reached out to the homeowner and here's the response:

"No idea! It was by a company that is now out of business. (I got it on closeout clearance sale.)"

I asked my husband and he said that you can find the hardware online to recreate the look. Also your local
door company should be able to direct you in the right direction.

Sorry I could not be of more help :)

**Q: Where did you get the soap dish** *(in Photo Questions)*

This is my favorite shower! Great job. Do you remember where the soap dish came from?

A: Hi Terri Del Real,
Thank you for the compliment! I have to admit it is one of my favorite as well.
The soap dish is a standard white recessed soap dish. We picked up this one from C.V Tile in Monrovia, CA.
Hope that helps!
