**Q: Can the pebble tec be out of water?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I had a pool built 5 years ago and the pool contractor said pebble tec cannot be out of the water, therefore we had to put a flagstone boarder where the water line came up, I really don't like that look. I'd love to have the solid flow of the pebble tec beach look all the way up and put lounge chairs on it. Is this possible? Looks like your pool here has pebble tec out of water...

A: That is correct. This photo was taken shortly after the pool was completed. The pebble tec lasted a few years, and was replaced with flagstone paving to match the patio.
