> This letter is to acknowledge the experiences I have had with Francesca of Francesca Designs.  My first project was an up date of a powder room.  Replacement of vanity with a cultured marble top and faucet and taps.  This was done in a timely manner and much appreciated.
> The second project was replacing a walk-in fridge and freezer area.  This was replaced with a new pantry, stainless  steel fridge and freezers, oven with warming drawer,  quartz counter tops, double stainless steel sinks, with faucet and taps, new cupboards   and flooring.
> This project took longer than anticipated, due to Covid 19 restrictions, and longer wait times for
> receiving appliances.  Francesca worked diligently on both projects by sourcing appropriate items that were required, and being on site making sure that work was progressing as required.
