> Kay Beason/Reliance Construction built a custom home for us in 2006.  It is a large home that required a lot of site prep, retaining walls and dirt compaction that made it a challenge to build.  The house has beamed wood ceilings and lots of interior wood and custom features, a walk-out basement, a deck, and many courtyards and portals. Kay Beason and her foreman Art Carpenter were constantly at the house doing work or checking on the work of subs.  Kay held her subs to high standards and if work was not done properly she required that it be redone correctly.  Art was responsible, hardworking and thorough.
>       The people at Reliance Construction are very easy to work with; even when tested by a problem they remained calm and professional.  Kay has a good eye for detail, and because she has an artistic background she can suggest interesting and unique design features.  Reliance Construction does quality work while always striving to get the most value for the money with cost effective suggestions and solutions.  They were very responsive to our wishes and concerns, during construction and after.
>       Kay has a lot of experience in all areas of the housing market, to include mortgages, appraisals, real estate sales, construction and permitting, so she understands all facets of the project.  Reliance Construction finished the house on time and within budget.  We asked them back a few years later to add onto our garage.
