> If I were to rate Clearwater based on hardscaping job they would receive 5 stars without hesitation but the landscape end is were they lost two stars. Clearwater built us a beautiful 10’ retaining wall and the pavers they installed are beautiful. Every guy that worked on our job was professional and accommodating to our needs, just a great group of guys.
> Heavy equipment tore up both our front and backyard (this was expected) After the construction crew left our site is were the job started to fall apart, our landscape crew was pulled away too many days for other jobs, including 3 days with a pallet of sod in our driveway (causing Red Thread, a fungus) 3 months out and we still have sod seams, the blades of grass that had the red thread are  now brown. This job required pulling out most of our sprinkler system in the backyard, they reinstalled the system with fewer head and now we have big brown spots in the backyard due to no water.

**Q: Paver color and brand?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What brand of pavers were used and what colors?

A: Apologies for the delayed response!

Abbotsford "Old Country Stone".
(3) color blend - Tan/Brown, Desert Sand, Walnut.
3-Size Modular Blend.
1/3 ratio blend in color & size.

**Q: What are you using for the screens? And height?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I believe the owner found these at Costco and they are basically 8' wide and upto 8' tall.

**Q: Love the iron fire pit. Where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: These are rock crusher cones that are all worn out from use and then we have been recycling them for this purpose. What you don't see is that the other half is in the ground below patio level. If your in our area let us know and we can get you a quote for one delivered and installed. They are very heavy.

are the rocks real or fake

A: All native granite that came out of the dig for the home.

What kind of lighting did you use on the stone, and was it instaled before or after. It looks beautiful!

A: Sorry for the delay on getting to this question.
This is the Unique Vangard 8 fixture and I just laid these out after we had built the drystacked ledgestone retaining wall. I was able to get a reasonable spacing and elevation to work that created this result.
This all low voltage landscape lighting.

Are they available for purchase?

A: All of our work is Design Build due to the custom nature of the spaces we are working in. In this particular situation, the one footing is actually a boulder resting out in the pond itself.
