The design procedure was meticulous. Changes were noted and new plans presented quickly. Great care was taken to confirm what styles and colours we preferred. There were always respectful explanations for their choices and we were always given options. We resisted the movement of the fridge but with clear explanations of the reasons why it became clear it was the right thing to do. The project manager presented a full schedule of what would happen when at the beginning of the project. He was on site most days and always let us know if there was any change to the schedule. Trades arrived on time, were very competent, pleasant to work with and answered any of our questions. They always cleaned up before they left the site for the day. We love the new kitchen!
