> Our 2 week, simple kitchen update is now into the 6th week.  New counters, back splash, sink and hood.  Wrong back splash tile ordered with not enough grout (ordered floor tile!?) and 2/3 short on grout.   They glued the tile in place waiting for additional grout.  It is now falling off the wall in large chunks.  These orders were the responsibility of Sound kitchen and Bath.  What have they said about these errors.
> Nothing, haven't heard a thing from them.  The contractor is fitting our job in between other jobs because it is taking so long.  In the mean time our house is a mess, we cannot use our kitchen because they took the range out and have not hooked up the plumbing to the new sink.  Literally, this was a 2 week job.  Aside from referring us to the suppliers, SKB is useless.  And we've built several houses and commercial buildings.  Go anywhere else for remodeling help.  Sorry Tami, we won't be listening to you on the radio anymore.

> From my first phone call to SK&B with Naomi we were taken care of with kindness and respect to our wishes.  We had a budget and Naomi assigned designer Brad to our project.  He worked well within out budget.  He showed us pictures and gave explanations for all of our questions and helped design a kitchen that we are so proud to show off.  His selection of contracted workers were some of the best we have ever worked with on our home.  Dave, our contractor and his team were outstanding!  They demolished our entire kitchen without any mess, dust or bashing of walls.  They were the neatest and most efficient of workers.  Their workmanship was of the highest quality.  He attended to every detail.  We are so pleased and could not be happier.

> I contacted Sound Kitchen and Bath in October 2015.  Mary came out and knew exactly how my kitchen should look and what should go in it.  She computerized it.  We looked at it several meeting times.  I signed off drawings.  The next step was to meet in the Sodo district to select cabinet style, color, counter top, backsplash and drawer pulls.  Everything was ordered and no changes made.
> Project with asbestos removal and Straight Edge Construction began March 7th.  On March 10th, the "subs" came to my house to talk with Tim as to what needed to be done.  There were no delays with the projects.  The contractor was complete April 11th.

Be sure to give your designer the specs on your appliances so that everything fits properly into the design.
