RMT has built a broad base of relationships with general contractors and subcontractors, and they will directly assist in a smooth progression of a project from the first design discussion through the final touches of construction and finishes.

**★★★★★ — solawetz, Oct. 2013**

> As the general contractor, I have worked on several high end, complex custom homes with RMT and they have always provided the highest level of drawings, details, engineering, and specifications. I have been engaged with them during preconstruction as an active participant and was very impressed with how they communicated and interacted with the client and consultants. They have stayed engaged throughout the projects providing information as requested, attending regularly scheduled site meetings, reviewed billings, reviewed shop drawings, etc. All of this was completely in a timely manner. They are true professionals in every sense.

They do wonderful designs that are thought out, as they listen to their clients and their needs. There is something to be said for an architecture firm that has happy employees and happy clients.

> Chad is our Architect at the Edwards Ambulance Facility in Edwards Colorado and as a team we have a great working relationship. RA Nelson trys to always have answers or suggestions to question or concerns and Chad is very responsive and knowledable to issues that arrise. It is and has been a pleasure working with RMT on this project and the success is the team focus and approach. There is no blame from either side just a clear working relationship of getting the job done to everyone best interest. I would love to work with RMT again in the future and you are one of the main reasons we will finish this project ahead of schedule. Thank you

> I am a structural engineer that frequently works with RMT Architects on residential remodels as well as new builds and light commercial projects. They provide thorough and detailed drawings, drastically reducing questions from contractors and builders in the field, and engineers in the office. This sets the stage for an efficient project flow from start to finish.
>
> RMT Architects staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The consistently put out top-notch product. It is for these reasons (and many more) that I would highly recommend RMT Architects.

## Community Q&A

**Q: The painting of the mountain men, can you get me information on this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Artist and name of painting to left of living room fireplace.

A: Sorry, I do not have that information.

**Q: How many square feet is the barn?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the square footage of this barn?

A: 2420 sq. ft. under roof

**Q: Bedroom full bath option** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the look of the exterior footprint. Do you have a modified design that has 2 bedrooms and a full bath? I'm looking for a modified barn design that can serve as a cabin /rental property? Or a pole barn design with small living quarters.

A: Short answer is yes, RMT Architects is not in the business of re-selling
building plans. If it is a custom design that you are looking for, we
would be pleased to work with you in that direction. Several past clients
have requested modifications to the Heritage Cabin, tailoring the layout to
suit their needs and lifestyle, which we have done. I have provided a simple
line diagram of the layout of the Heritage Cabin structure as it was originally
designed. If you would like to proceed, the next step would be for RMT
to collect more information regarding your needs (project scope, budget,
building location, and time frame). From there, we would produce a proposal
outlining our arrangement for your review and approval. Feel free to contact
the Design Architect Paul Miller at 970-949-0916.

**Q: The floor looks like a mix of materials. One obviously wood.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the other stained concrete?

**Q: what type of wood is the cabinets and stain, BEAUTIFUL** *(in Photo Questions)*

**Q: commode: is it a composting toilet or just made to look that way?** *(in Photo Questions)*
