Somehow the warehouse caught on fire??! Which she informed me via text message and then stopped returning my phone calls. I suspect she never bought our furniture and just pocketed the money. She then revoked our access to Houzz so that we didn’t have access to any of our financial records. It was a truly awful experience. Our builder recommended Katy as a designer to help us make this house our home. There we many challenges because Katy had never met us before, the project was mostly completed while we were in an entirely different state and the pandemic made frequent travel basically impossible for us to review choices for interior materials onsite. Katy was able to guide us in the right direction and her incredible dashboard software allowed us to review and refer to choices we had made and choices we needed to make from our digital devices wherever we were at any given time. She helped us determine the look for every surface in the home including all flooring, tile, countertops, cabinets, cabinet pulls, faucets, sinks, the list seemed endless, but with Katy’s help the process went smoothly and even last minute changes were easy as the pandemic caused some supply problems. Our house is definitely even better than the home we originally imagined and Katy helped make that possible. Katy uses an excellent computer program that presents the selected furnishings in each room, this was extremely helpful in coordinating an entire room and the flow from one room to another. She did a fabulous job of picking the accessories for each room and tying the entire space together.
