> If there was a zero star, Cornerstone Decorative Concrete would get it.  Mike Roger's is a complete scam artist.  He produced beautiful pictures on his phone and email of his completed work.  I even got a referral that gave him a great review.  He pushed me to get 50% payment before he even started the job.  I was under a deadline and had no choice to take the leap of faith based on his pictures and referral.  When Mike's team got on site, it was a complete failure from day one.  His crew was not experienced and Mike only kept providing excuses.  In the end, Mike was two weeks past his scheduled delivery, he walked off the site only finishing half of his work.  I had to go back through and repair all the work that he had completed.  This is a lesson to never pay someone 50% upfront.
