While at the time I questioned the selection of equipment and hardware given the cost associated with top-end products, now, 10 years later I consider ourselves fortunate that the quality of the "build" was what it was. This is not to say that there are occasional replacements, maintenance or upgrades - in fact these were probably the best testament to the dedication and professionalism of Design Installatioins. Since our original project we have upgraded and expanded our system as our needs - and technology - have changed. With as many options available as there are for the set up of home video and audio solutions, as well as transparency of pricing available on the internet, the true distinguishing factors in this business are service and integrity. When a projector lamp goes out or a glitch occurs, it is often in the evening or over a weekend, when the family most relies on the entertainment system.
