> They were very professional, friendly, always on time, and helped me address concerns from a different, unrelated contractor. Would highly recommend to any friend or family member.

**★★★★★ — HU-437989507, Sept. 2022**

> Great design and excellent workmanship in trying times for help and obtaining quality materials. Would use again as they stayed after any issues

**★★★★★ — Patricia Welton, May 2022**

> I hired Archadeck to replace my deck with a screened in porch. I chose them because of their good reviews and their excellent reputation. Archadeck uses high quality materials and hires highly skilled employees. I am extremely pleased with my new screened in porch and appreciate everyone at Archadeck for being professional and friendly.

**★★★★★ — Steve Wortham, June 2021**

> We hired Archadeck to tear down our existing deck and replace it with a screened porch and new grill deck. They did a great job building something that will clearly last a long time and it's a nice space to hang out. The screened porch measures 18 ft x 14 ft and will serve as a multi-purpose space for eating meals and watching movies. Some of the details I appreciate are that the deck planks were laid out diagonally, the ceiling is vaulted, the rafters are exposed, and a ledge was created near the ceiling at my request so I could set up indirect LED lighting. I also appreciated the time and consideration they took with me as I expressed some of my electrical needs for ceiling fan, switch and outlet placement, etc. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of deck, porch, or screened porch like ours.

**★★★★★ — Kay Sanders, Oct. 2019**

> Enjoyed working with Stephen and his crew. They arrived on time and worked each day as long as the summer heat would allow. There were no surprises when it came time to pay; no changes from what we were quoted which included replacing a few rotten boards and adding new supports. We love our new, beautiful, sturdy replacement deck and balcony - job well done!

**★★★★★ — cosmicouple, March 2019**

> Archadeck replaced our old deck with a new deck based on the old deck's simple basic design. Our whole experience with archadeck from initial contact to completion was exceptionally pleasant and gratifying. Customer service was outstanding through out. The materials were all high quality, the workmanship very professional and the project management very thorough. Unexpected problems were effectively resolved with minimal effect on schedule and budget. I would and will recommend archadeck to anyone looking for a quality deck or any other home modification project they offer.

**★★★★★ — David Griffin, June 2018**

> this deck has met and exceeded our expectations of a new deck. When they 1st started, I wasn't sure of what I had done. As time went on, and they got the decking on the deck all I can say is WOW WOW

**★★★★★ — David Willoughby, Aug. 2017**

> Archadeck did a great job on my deck. Mr. Denton explained the whole process clearly and walked me through all the choices I needed to make. It took about 5 days from start to finish. The workers were very careful not to mess up the yard and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

**★★★★★ — John Young, Aug. 2017**

> I had Archadeck replace my existing deck. They also extended the deck to the side of the house. From the first consultation, Stephen was both professional and punctual. He thoroughly explained all the options of the different materials. He did not try and sell one product or another, and my wife and I believed Stephen was an honest man. The installation was completed on schedule, and the installers were also professional. Anytime I had a question, I could call Stephen and he would either answer the phone, or shortly return my call. I highly recommend Archadeck of Centeral Georgia.

**★★★★★ — Jessica Kosmowski, Oct. 2015**

> We had a paver patio built by Archadeck. Great work! Great service! We were very pleased and would hire them again!

**★★★★★ — tam\_one, Oct. 2015**

> Screened in our deck. Great job. took the time to replace some old boards. We've had no problems and use it frequently.

The homeowner’s wish was to upgrade their existing deck to a screened porch and still retain a deck space for increased outdoor living options. - Description: When this family moved from a home that had a screened porch to their new home here in Bonaire, they didn't want to go one season without a screened porch. Connecting a porch roof to a home can be quite a design challenge. ## Community Q&A

**Q: nice lattice door, what is used to frame the lattice?** *(in Photo Questions)*

are there plans for building these doors? if so where can I get them?

A: Thanks! It is standard pressure treated southern yellow pine framing. These were custom built on site - no plans.

**Q: What brand and color stain is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Thank you

A: The stain is by Cabot. This was done a few years ago and the colors have all changed. It was “cedar.” The color not the decking.

**Q: Where did you buy or make the Chinese Chippendale railing?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are building a screened porch on our second home in Bluffton, SC. The architectural plans are for Chinese Chippendale railings on the outside of the porch. Do you have a source for these or were they custom built and if so, where? Thank you for your help.

A: These were custom built on site. A good outdoor living or trim carpenter should be able to make these for you. Thanks for your interest.

**Q: Could you please give me more information of this beautiful floor** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looking to duplicate this floor if possible. Thanks!

A: Ms. Morris, this floor is Premium Grade Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine - nothing special. You can get it at your local lumber yard, Lowes, or Home Depot. The stain/sealer is the trick to the color. A good painter can reproduce this for you. We recommend Cabot products.

**Q: Where can we buy the swing?** *(in Photo Questions)*

See subject.

A: We custom built the swing on site to fit a twin bed mattress. If you are in our area, we can build you one as well!

**Q: What kind of flooring/stain is this? Thank you!!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I have owned Archadeck of Central Georgia since 1999. Your project must have been built by Kieth, she was the owner at that time. Yes, the lumber is Pressure treated. These photo's were taken soon after the floor was stained. I am sure it is not as shiny now.
