> I connected with Darren regarding an item he had listed for sale in his shop. My responses were touch and go, although I really wanted the item— life just gets busy and you forget things. I was so pleased that he politely touched base with me to see if I still wanted the item, because I would have forgotten about it and would have been devastated if it had sold! He’s quick to respond to texts, phone calls and emails, and even offered to keep in touch with me if he stumbled across any other items he felt I might like. Overall, I wish more antique dealers/designers had this mindful, polite work ethic because Darren has been wonderful compared to my past experiences with other merchants. Pricing and shipping cost were very fair (I know because I purchase antiques often). Will do business with him again.
